SPRING 2024 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE BUSINESS SUMMIT VIDEOS +

JUNE 2024 PROPUBS TO BE RELEASED JUNE 5TH!

It’s All About Connections

For those in sales, the phrase “building your book of business” is likely a familiar phrase. But even if you’re not in sales, you have a “book” too. Ultimately, our book is the list of people we know and interact with; they might be prospects, customers, colleagues, acquaintances, industry experts you’ve met, mentors, and the list goes on.

Two of the biggest in-person events in the automotive industry just took place – Work Truck Week and NADA. Hopefully you were able to attend at least one, and you had the chance to make new connections.

While in-person industry events can build our respective books, it’s not always feasible to travel to these shows. Luckily, there are many other ways available. Just one example is something Coach Ken frequently talks about – joining local chapters of various organizations.

Another great avenue is by registering for the upcoming free virtual Spring Commercial Vehicle Business Summit presented by Work Truck Solutions, along with sponsors Escalent, Mitsubishi HC Capital America and Comvoy. The speaker lineup includes many heavy hitters in the commercial vehicle ecosystem, plus there are even several scheduled networking sessions.

Don’t wait, start making those connections and building your book today!

The mission of the CVBNetwork is to be the toolbox of resources for the entirety of the commercial vehicle ecosystem:

  • To support the entire network of businesses in the ecosystem and increase their connectedness through the exchange of ideas with peers;
  • To offer education plus exposure to resources, procedures and best practices being used by others in the industry;
  • To be a meeting place and hub of resources, information, stories and breaking news.

There is so much focus on the process of the sale, even in fleet and commercial, that the customers you’ve collected get moved...
